Our transfer logos are water-based and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, SE 24-323 approved, and each quality is tested and rated for both domestic and industrial wash conditions, so your branding holds up wherever the garment ends up being cleaned.

LOXY® Print Blocker Ink (fabric migration)
Dark, dye-rich fabrics, especially black and navy polyester, release dye every time they’re washed or heated. That dye doesn’t disappear; it migrates upward into whatever’s printed on top, turning a crisp white or light-coloured logo dull and grey over time.
LOXY Print Blocker Ink is built to stop that migration before it reaches your logo. It creates a barrier between the fabric and the print, so your branding keeps its true colour wash after wash, instead of fading into the garment underneath.

Q&A for LOXY® Print
What is heat transfer printing, and how does it differ from screen printing or embroidery?
Heat transfer printing applies a pre-made logo or graphic to a garment using heat and pressure, rather than printing ink through a screen or stitching thread through the fabric. It allows finer detail and reflective or flame-retardant finishes that are harder to achieve with screen printing or embroidery.
Are LOXY® Print transfers OEKO-TEX certified?
LP152 and LP272 are certified to OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class 1. Certification isn’t listed on the current LP157 or LP277 product pages — check with your contact person if this matters for your order.
Which fabrics and garment types work best with LOXY® Print?
It depends on the job: LP152 is the standard elastic quality for sportswear and general workwear; LP157 is a soft quality built for flame-retardant workwear; LP272 is a soft, retro-reflective quality for functional wear; and LP277 combines retro-reflective and flame-retardant properties for functional wear in demanding conditions.
How should LOXY® Print transfers be washed and cared for?
All four qualities should be tumble dried on low temperature (max 50°C), not ironed, and not bleached; LP272 and LP277 also shouldn’t be dry cleaned. Domestic and industrial wash temperature limits vary by quality, from 60°C up to 85°C depending on the product. Please check the specific product page or technical data sheet before washing at scale.
Can LOXY® Print be combined with reflective LOXY® REX elements on the same garment?
Yes, sure. Logos, reflective patterns, and graphics can be combined on the same garment as part of a full branding solution, and LP272/LP277 already build retro-reflective properties directly into the print.
What's the difference between the LP152, LP157, LP272 and LP277 qualities?
LP152 is the standard elastic quality for sportswear and workwear. LP157 adds flame retardancy for FR workwear. LP272 adds retro-reflectivity for functional wear. LP277 combines flame retardancy and retro-reflectivity for functional wear that needs both. All four are heat-transfer applied and support complex artwork, including HD digital print for gradients and photographic detail (LP152, LP157).

What is fabric migration, and how does LOXY Print Blocker Ink prevent it?
Fabric migration (or dye migration) happens when dye from dark or dye-rich fabrics, commonly black or navy polyester, bleeds upward into a printed logo over repeated washing or heat exposure, turning light colours dull and grey. LOXY Print Blocker Ink creates a barrier between the fabric and the print to stop that dye from reaching the logo, keeping the colour true over time.
